When I went into the dealership I had no intentions of leaving with a car that day. After working with these men for some time, I was able to walk out with a brand new car. I had previously been told that I would only be able to get a pre-owned car, so I was going to wait. Christopher and Adam worked hard to get me into my new car. I now am extremely happy with my car and have even received a call from Christopher to stop in and get my car washed. He was extremely nice and helped me in making my big decision. He helped me to calculate what I would be saving in gas, insurance, and repairs.

My wife wanted a 370Z for her 40th birthday,
Sarfaraz was able to put us in the vehicle we wanted with just one visit.
The 370Z was what we came in looking for, but were considering one from another dealership.
His advice was key to making the right choice.
He could have sold us a more expensive vehicle, but he sold us the right vehicle.
Sarfaraz was thorough in reviewing all aspects of the vehicle's features (always the fun part) as well as detailed explanations of all necessary paperwork including warranties, lemon law, maintenance, etc.
He was with us for the entire process, so we never felt lost and he was right there for any and all questions.

We were very happy with our purchase of the 2009 pre-owned Nissan Cube.  We especially appreciated dealing with your internet salesman, Joshua Craig who was very professional and helpful, and sensitive to how we wanted to be treated as prospective buyers. We would recommend Joshua to anyone looking to buy a Nissan. We are enjoying the little Cube and definitely would deal with your company again.

This is the second new car that I have purchased from Universal Nissan and Mike Jahangir. Both times that we visited with Mike to deal on a new car, he was very knowledgeable and right on the money directing us to several cars to choose from. He was very professional in his sales presentation. During the test drive all the special and unique features were demonstrated and thoroughly explained. At the final close of the sale Mike stressed to contact him directly with any questions, concerns or problems with the car. Needless to say we are the proud owners of a 2012 Nissan Altima.

I went through the Internet Department and it was a "Breath of Fresh Air" from the moment they contacted me back. The pricing was upfront and made it easy for me. They gave me fair market value for my trade in and seemed to be honest and willing to provide me answers to all my questions. Josh and Deya went above and beyond to ensure that my wife and I were 100% comfortable and satisfied with the purchase of our new 2012 Altima. We visited this dealership for the first time on Saturday (12/3) and were impressed at both Josh's and Deya's level of professionalism and focus on customer satisfaction. On our first visit, we did decided to keep shopping around but after our great experience with this dealership, we decided to do the 100 mile drive back to Universal Nissan the following day to purchase our new car. Not only did both Josh and Deya ensure that we walked out their door happy but also made sure that they got us in a car that fit our budget before we agreed to buy it. Deya was very HONEST and helpful and made sure he understood exactly what we wanted and what we can afford as well as explaining exactly what he was able to do for us so we can buy the car we wanted. Josh was great. We felt 100% comfortable with him as our salesman. What we liked most about him was that he did not pressure us into anything we didn't want and was very HONEST, personable, and easy to get along with. They were both very patient with us and even stayed almost two and a half hours after the dealership closed while we signed all the paperwork and transferred our belongings from our old car into our new car. Walking out their door, we had no second thoughts because we knew that they were honest and stretched every limb to get us what we wanted. We honestly got an amazing deal and will, without a doubt, purchase all our vehicles in the future from Universal Nissan. And if anyone ever comes to us for a recommendation, we will always recommend Universal Nissan! Thank you Josh and Deya for exceeding our expectations and doing everything possible to help us with our purchase!

Universal Nissan is the BEST! My wife and I were looking to upgrade to a larger car with smaller payments, which was very difficult to achieve at other dealerships. We shopped around and went to about ten other dealerships and no others would even come close to the deal we got with Universal Nissan. Our salesman, Joshua Craig, was excellent at working out a deal that would fit our budget. We also worked with Deya as well who worked in the finance area. Between the two of them, they were able to get us into a 2012 Nissan Altima (20th Anniversary package) for almost $100 less per month that I was paying for my Mazda3. Although I live in St. Pete, I will be sure to travel the hour and a half to Universal Nissan in Orlando next time I need to purchase a car. This dealership truly cares about their customers and makes sure everyone walks out of the door with a smile on their face.

I was actually dreading the car purchase process, but John and his team made it very easy. Originally I had gone in to purchase a used car. After doing my own research online at various websites and on the dealer's site, I met with John and he showed me a few of the ones I was looking at online. We went on a couple test drives and he was very friendly and knowledgeable and honest about his purpose and about the cars he was showing me. As expected, he offered a couple that I hadn't originally considered, but was very respectful when I declined. He listened to my needs and was very accommodating and informative. In the end, he presented a new car option that was very hard to pass up. Throughout the decision process on which car to purchase, if any, John and Felix were very polite, respectful and forthcoming. I did not feel pressured at all with these guys...they respected my honesty and car buying position (I was in no means in a hurry to buy a car) and that was a huge factor in why I decided to purchase on the spot. From the beginning, John made it very comfortable and easy by being very pleasant to work with.

Sorry for the long delay for a reply. I have been without internet connection for a couple months now and writing an email on my phone wasn't entirely easy. Here are the answers to the questions you were hoping to be answered.

1. Were you happy with your sales process? (if NO, please explain.)
   
Yes, I was extremely happy with my sales process. Although the first time I was in the dealership looking to purchase the same model, the purchase just was not possible without myself, Heather, having a co-signer, so we did not leave with a vehicle that day. However, our wonderful Sales Rep, Michael Vand, made us aware of the upcoming sales event hosted by Partners Credit Union, so we were able to come back that weekend, and with my father, Clare as a co-signer, were able to purchase the vehicle. Micheal went through all the loops he could to make the purchase possible for me, while maintaining the monthly payment range I needed to stay in. He tried every angle to ensure that I left with the Nissan Versa that night, and to him I am so very grateful!
2. Has the vehicle met your expectations? (if NO, please explain.)
    
Yes! I absolutely LOVE  my '09 Nissan Versa! And again, I am so very grateful that I can call it my own!!!
3. What, if anything, could we have done to make your purchase more enjoyable?
    
NOTHING! Please keep your business the way it is! Everyone in the dealership seemed so honest and personable, which made it a great experience! Please, please, please keep Michael Vand around for a while because he was a great salesman and a joy to work with.
4. Would you buy another pre-owned vehicle from our company?
   
In a heart beat!! I love Nissan cars, the dealership and I'm glad to say that I own one!
5. Would you recommend a friend or family member to buy from us?

    DEFINITELY! I was sure to tell everyone who asked about my new car where I got it from, and who sold me the car, making it all possible!

Yes. It took a little longer than I had hoped, but I greatly appreciated your salesmen's low-pressure approach, from the time I got my first phone call from Axel Machin until the time I drove off the lot. In fact, Axel's polite, respectful initial phone call was the primary reason I chose to stop at Universal Nissan first, rather than some other dealerships I had in mind.
2. Has the vehicle met your expectations? (if NO, please explain.)
So far, yes. I am quite pleased with the Nissan Rogue, and your salesman Chris Oliva did an outstanding job explaining the features, bumper to bumper. He was very knowledgeable about the car and its features but never once gave me the impression he was hiding something or trying to divert my attention away from the vehicle's flaws.
3. What, if anything, could we have done to make your purchase more enjoyable?
The wait time for financing was a bit much, but I understand that they were trying to secure the best deal for my situation. It also would have been nice to have a couple of the paint chips touched up, since the car was being sold as a "certified" pre-owned vehicle. I understand it is not a brand-new car, but extra touches like that are very much appreciated.
4. Would you buy another pre-owned vehicle from our company? Absolutely. People generally loathe the idea of car shopping. Why? Pressure from the sales staff, the feeling that something is being hidden from you, financing bait-and-switch tactics, and a general feeling that the dealer doesn't really understand the stress on a consumer of making such a major purchase. I felt none of that at Universal Nissan. It was easily the best car-buying experience I have had, bar none.
5. Would you recommend a friend or family member to buy from us?

We had not intended to buy a Nissan, just to look at one...until Sultan Bash became our sales professional. Brett Livingston was a terrific salesman. Although we came to the dealership knowledgeable about the car we wanted to buy, he was able to show us many things about the car that we did not know about. He was able to find us the exact car we wanted at the price we wanted to pay.
I was there with my sister Wanda L. She bought a Nissan Versa there and was getting her car looked at. The service at your Dealer is great. I have never been to a Car Dealer that has a Nail Tech. I bought my car at Chrysler Dealer on Osceola Parkway. The Salesman after we bought our car did not want to be bothered. My sisters Salesman works very hard to make sure his customer are satisfied. The Nail Tech was very Professional and friendly. The girls when you walk in are very friendly. Please let them know.

PS: We've been researching Hyundai's for about 8 months and have visited 3 dealerships...Bob Dance's was a nightmare, extremely rude and unprofessional salesmen, I couldn't tell you who helped us because we had to ask about 4 or 5 different salesmen about everything. The other dealership on West Colonial didn't have what we were looking for. However, the gentlemen, Mr. Bean was very nice.

Robin was such a great person to deal with that I actually WANTED to go online and leave this positive review! I've been through nightmare after nightmare with my previous car purchase experiences and honestly I just assumed it would be the same -- but not this time. Robin was so helpful and informative -- he actually got me into the EXACT car I wanted and I didn't have to compromise my "wish list" because I got a great deal too. I actually made this transaction via online, phone calls and many text messages since I live in Ft. Lauderdale. By the time the "deal was done" all I had to do was drive up to Orlando and sign away. I arrived late Friday night after the drive up, and Robin was waiting for me patiently. We did a quick test drive (I WAS IN LOVE!) and went to start the paperwork. He had everything ready to go -- it was so fast and easy! Robin even took the time, late on a Friday night, to go through the user manual with me and show me all the features of my new car and explain how they work -- that was a first! I never had a car sales person take the time (and be genuinely patient about it) to explain every little feature. He even took me to the car to set up the Bluetooth with my cell phone - he was SO NICE!!!
The rest of the staff at this dealership were very nice too. I will absolutely 100% recommend anyone who is looking for a Nissan to contact Robin Johnson at this dealership and work with a genuinely nice and informative person. THANK YOU!!! And I LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOVE my new car!!!

I was very pleased with how I was treated at this dealership and with the salesman Willie Mendez. I was not pressured at all which is very important to me. If, I feel pressured I usually walk out.
The funny part of this whole buying experience was when I arrived there were many salesman in the lobby but, I went up to Willie. I didn't remember but, he did that I bought a Nissan Pathfinder in 1998 from him at another dealership he worked at that time. I was pretty impressed he remembered. It was along time ago and I know he must have sold many vehicles since then. I would look him up again to buy another vehicle. Willie did a great job!

I stopped by to look at a new car but on the way to that new car we passed a used car that caught my eye. John explained everything about the car and we took it for a test drive. I have been searching for a new vehicle since early June after the engine on my Saturn decided not to work. I first visited Universal Nissan on July 4th to see what types of sales or deals I would be able to get on a good used vehicle. Upon arrival I was greeted by the representative at the front desk and she called Angelo Rivera to come over and assist me. He introduced him self and started us showing the used vehicles they had on the lot and explained the various sales. Despite Angelo knowing I was not there to buy a vehicle that exact day he still took 2 hours out of his day to show me every vehicle possible explaining all of the great features that Nissan has to offer like the CVT transmission or the push start. That was time he could have been with another customer who may have been willing to buy a car that day.
About 2 months later and many car dealerships later on August 14th Saturday I decided to buy a vehicle. All of the dealerships I visited the sale representatives were more interested in selling me a vehicle instead of explaining my best options and the features and Angelo at Nissan did, or they would not know anything about the vehicle they were selling. I explained to one sales person at another dealership that I would bring my father who was going to co-sign the vehicle for me the next day or so and he insisted several times that I brought him within the next hour.
I returned to Nissan meet with Angelo again and he was extremely helpful in finding me and vehicle, and if there was one person who knew a lot about Nissan's and took a personal interest in them to provide the best information to the buyer it was Angelo Rivera hands down.
I ended up buying a Nissan Altima Coupe and was extremely satisfied with my purchase. In the finance office I meet with Adriano Oliveira who was also very helpful. He was not one of the finance managers who put numbers in front of you and have you sign, Adriano worked with me and my father to find the best options as far as financing the vehicle. Not only was he very informative, Adriano also gave me personal advice in regards to the best way to finance our purchased vehicle at Nissan since I was a first time buyer.
Overall the experience I had at Universal Nissan with Angelo and Adriano was phenomenal. I know in the future I will be retuning to purchase another vehicle here and I will recommend all of my family and friends to come by this dealership as well.

I purchased a Nissan Rogue from Universal Nissan yesterday, 8-15-2011. I first contacted the dealership the day before, and Brett Livingston took my call. Brett was very informative and helpful on the phone, and we set a time for me to come to the dealership the next day. Upon arrival, I was pleasantly greeted by the receptionist. Brett introduced himself, I discussed my needs, and he proceeded to come up with ideas to meet my needs. I never felt I he was "selling" me. After having several "unpleasant" experiences purchasing cars in the past, Brett was definitely a breath of fresh air. I have purchased over 20 cars over the years, and this purchase, by far, is the most positive experience I have had during the purchase process. I have many years of Sales Management, and I will say that Brett is truly a Sales Professional. Simo Bassi and Mark Renert also worked with me to "get the deal done". Neither were pushy, but both listened to my wants and needs, and we were able to come up with a solution. Then I worked with Hiram Rivera on the paperwork. While this is still a long process that is unavoidable, Hiram also made me feel like he was working for me. He even researched and showed me how to get a refund on the extended warranty of my previous Nissan, that I had purchased from another dealer.

Overall, Universal Nissan, and the staff that worked with me are to be commended. I will not only buy future Nissans here, but I will refer anyone I can.

Overall good experience. However, after I made my decision and they told me my loan was approved and I could pick up the car that day, which I did but 5 days later I am getting phone call after phone call because they said they did not have my paycheck on file so the bank could approve it. It bothered me because something like this happened to me last year with a different company and they took my car back and I have no interest in that company anymore. So when I asked about my loan and they said it was approved... apparently it was not, it stressed me out for a couple of days. All in all I have the Rogue and me and my family love it. I can not be more happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend Universal Nissan.

This is the second car I bought from Universal Nissan, when I bought my previous car i bought it from amine and I had basically no credit, by no credit I mean no, however amine treated me and showed me any car I wanted like if had the perfect credit, as a matter of fact he never asked me about credit until we picked a car, I picked the car I liked and he told me I needed a co-signer, but my co-signer didn't have the best credit at the time, and Amine and Maddy (F&I) were able to get me in the car I liked.
Almost a year later I decided it was time for a new car again, I called amine about a car I liked I saw online and he found out it was ready and told me to come in and see it whenever I liked, when I got there amine was busy and they referred me to Michael Vand, very great guy just like amine they both are not the typical pushy salesman type of people that everyone is used to, I spent more on the actual test drive that the negotiation both of the times, him and whoever where in the finance office worked pretty good with me and I would definitely be going back there when i it is time for a new car again.

We started our search online, they contacted me within a couple hours. We arrived at the dealership, and every one was so friendly and nice, The young woman at the center desk was very outgoing and helpful.
Chris Oliva was our salesman , he was so at tentative and had so much knowledge of the vehicles, and helped do much with the finances. Deya Oumallal was also very nice and a big help. Mike educated us on all of the options on the Maxima, he was great. Hiram secured the financing, what a help he was.
All in all it was a great experience, for both of us, I will certainly tell my friends about Universal Nissan, a class dealership with class associates, it was a pleasure making the deal.

My process begin with Deya over the internet. He was not pushy or invasive but always available to answer my questions. I took my test drive with Chris who was extremely knowledgeable on all features (convince, performance and safety) of the vehicle. I knew I had a great deal on the vehicle... I enjoyed working with Universal Nissan. They worked with me when a slight discrepancy came up on the trade in value of my vehicle and I was happily able to drive my new car home!

Brett from Universal Nissan was persistent but very low key. He contacted me several times over a period of months but was never invasive. He earned my business. When I was ready to buy a car, I went to Universal Nissan first. I didn't need to shop anywhere else. Sultan worked very hard to find exactly the right car for me that had good gas mileage, space to carry 'stuff' and was priced within my budget. I am exceptionally happy with the service I received at Universal Nissan and it will be the first dealership I visit when it's time to buy another car.

My wife and I had a great experience at Universal Nissan. We came to the dealership looking to trade our SUV for an economy car which could be better on gas. Michael Vand was the salesman that helped us, and he immediately catered to our needs. We looked at a Nissan Altima initially, but the total amount was not in our budget. We then told him what we wanted to spend, and asked him what was available for the price. He found us a 2009 Nissan Sentra which is great on gas and a smooth ride. We are happy with our new purchase.

Michael worked with us, and was very informative and knowledgeable about not only the vehicle, but also explained how the credit and financial side of the business worked. We have never had someone explain it so thoroughly to us at a dealership before. Yes, we understand that selling cars is a business, but we did not feel that we were being misled in any way. Michael was honest with us, and allowed us to make an affordable and comfortable decision without any pressure to make the sale. This was a great experience, and I would recommend Michael Vand, and the Universal Orlando team to anyone looking to buy a quality car with a feeling of assurance.

I purchased a vehicle last year from Robin Johnson and so when I needed another vehicle I knew who to contact. He is the nicest salesman I have ever dealt with. I don't live in Orlando but drove there from Gainesville, Florida, to purchase this vehicle. Robin wasn't at work when I arrived, but came right on down to the dealership to wait on me. He explained everything, made sure I understood any changes, made sure I knew all about the vehicle I was purchasing. I can honestly say that if I need another vehicle I will be calling Robin. Mike was very helpful and new what we wanted and we decided that we would purchase a new Nissan maxima because there were not any used. the following day we happened to see a used maxima at the lot and i meet with Brett livingston. Between deciding on a new or used vehicle both Brett and Mike did everything they could to meet the needs we wanted as well as hit the target price range and financing we were comfortable with. My experience at Universal Nissan and with the sales associate Brett Livingston was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. That says a lot considering I have bought 5 new cars for my family in the last 20 years. I have never walked away from those purchases feeling as good as I did with this purchase.

First and foremost, my sales associate Brett Livingston was great. He was very friendly, straight forward and helpful. He spent most of the previous day helping me test drive different cars, but I ultimately did not purchase that day. Most dealerships would try to keep you stranded there. Universal did not. They made it easy for me to go on my way. I came back the next day late in the evening to make the purchase. By the time we were finished with the paperwork, it was 10 pm. Brett still took an extra hour to walk me through how to use all the features in my car. And he was still friendly and had his sense of humor! He followed up with me the next day as well. His personal attention even after the sale was made was really appreciated.

Universal Nissan itself made the experience very easy. I don't like spending all day negotiating a price, so I arranged a pricing agreement with an online service that referred me to Universal Nissan. Although I ended up choosing a different model, Universal honored the pricing agreement and did not try to negotiate or alter the pricing. I imagine every other dealership would have tried to negotiate a different price to get more money.

I love the car, and part of that is the smooth experience I had at the dealership.

 

 

I would like to recognize Axel Machin. Axel was an excellent salesman high level of professionalism, very courteous, truly real and reasonable selling his product. I love that they are patient and honestly want you to got a good deal not just make a sale. I heard the new 2012 Altima design will be released soon so I may be back sooner than later. Great Experience on buying my BRAND new Nissan Altima! Go see Guillermo and Chris. Traded in a Gas Guzzler Tahoe due to traveling more> I actually went to look at a used Altima, but after test driving the New ones, I changed my mind. As a first time car buyer, I was very apprehensive about visiting any dealership. Sultan was the best sales person I could have asked for, as he spent 6 hours of his day with me, walking me step by step through the car buying process and explaining everything, including financing, in great detail. Would definitely recommend everyone to stop by this dealership and speak with Sultan if you're considering purchasing.

Sultan also helped my husband who is handicapped in and out of the car test driving the Rogue. Brett was an excellent salesperson, very positive, outgoing and willing to work with us till the last minute. He was very professional, family oriented and flexible all the way. Thank you for your 2009 Nissan Cube purchase

 

1.Incredibly so. If we could, we would wave a magic wand and wish that every one of your customers could deal with Robin Johnson and Charlie Peets, particularly Charlie. Robin had many duties that day and he so took care of us by assigning Charlie to steer us through the process. It was enjoyable.

2.The Cube has more than met our expectations. I am now planning on purchasing a second Cube and yes, I will return to Robin and Charlie.

3. It was a busy day on 30 April so the time required for entry and exit was a little long, primarily due I guess to needing to get a second key made. But please trust me, Charlie and Robin made it A-OK.

4. We would come to Universal Nissan/Hyundai first for buying a pre-owned car or a new car. Because of our experience, we like Universal.

5. Most definitely we would and will recommend Universal Nissan/Hyundai. Your facilities are just right for the discerning customer, in our opinion.

This is our second purchase from Universal Nissan, both with Mike Jahangir. He is an exceptional salesman! First, we purchased a used Toyota Matrix in 2006 and we just traded that in for a new Nissan Sentra. He is patient, courteous, and honest. We're glad that he is one of the few honorable salespeople we have had the pleasure to work with. Mike shortened his vacation to take care of us, even coming to our home on a Sunday afternoon to help my husband swap out some after market equipment for the factory items.

My experience with Universal Nissan and Chris Oliva was a good one for the most part. The only 2 things that I have issue with is the fact that I did not get payments as low as I would have liked it to be and the fact that my payoff took as long as it did, causing me to be 30 days past due on the vehicle that I traded in. Chris Oliva was a great salesperson though. Very helpful and knowledgeable of the vehicle that I was purchasing. He also gave his cell phone number so that I could text him with any questions I had for him which was very helpful especially when I was at work and could not talk. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly as well so like I said, my biggest issue is that the payoff for my trade in took too long.

 

I would like to recognize Louis Joseph. C.J was extremely patience during the search for the right car. He took the time to show me all the cars available in inventory. C.J. is very polite and genuine making my car buying experience really pleasant.

The thought of buying a new car always made me cringe. I did not want to deal with pushy sales people. Thankfully that was not the case when I went to Universal Nissan Orlando. The sales guy was attentive, caring and made me feel like VIP and not just "another sale". I had a busy day at work and was unable to leave work early to get all the paperwork done, so Jose (sales consultant) took the liberty in picking me up on my lunch break in my "future car", took me to the dealer to finish paperwork and handed me my keys! It was great, this is the first BRAND NEW car I purchased and I must say it was a wonderful experience; I am very pleased with my purchase!

I had a wonderful first car buying experience. They really took care of me. We walked in and got to look around without people bothering us. We only had to tell them once that we wanted to look around first. When I was ready to look at the vehicle closer Chris was assigned to us right away. Chris was extremely thorough and made sure I was completely educated on the vehicle. Even on the test drive he directed me to different aspects of the vehicle so I could feel it first hand. Once I officially bought the car, it was after 11pm. Chris stayed with me and explained the Bluetooth, xm, and navigation system. I plan to recommend my family to Chris specifically.

From the very first conversation I had on the phone with Brett Livingston he gave me a sense of really knowing his product and what a competitive price he could give us. I had talked to quite a lot of dealers including non-Nissan dealers and sounded like he really wanted to sell us a car. We made an appointment for the next day and on the way to the dealership I received a phone call from Universal Nissan that Mr. Livingston was currently with another customer and that his associate Guillermo Faria would be waiting to help us. Mr. Faria met us at the agreed time. He introduced himself, took us on a test drive and explained all of the details concerning the automobile. He took his time and answered every question. At no time did he act like he wanted to make a quick sale and get us out the door. He was very professional and polite. It was overall a great experience. Mr. Livingston followed up with several phone calls, making sure we were satisfied with the car. Mr. De Oliveira, the finance person was extremely helpful and offered many suggestions on how we could save money. I tell you I was very impressed with the whole experience.

My wife and I was treated very good. They worked with us so that we could get a better car. Being a previous customer, we were treated as family. The salesman showed us three vehicles that we could qualify for. We were offered beverages while we waited, and my wife had her nails done for free.

I am a first time buyer and went with my Dad to Universal Nissan with the 2011 Altima 2.5 S in mind but no intentions of purchasing that night. When I entered the dealership I was a little bit nervous about the whole process. They put me with the salesman, Michael Vand, who greeted us with a warm welcome and handshake. After I expressed interest in the Altima and the model we were looking at he took us to the lot to take a look at the car. Michael did a fantastic job going over the differences in prices between the different packages and their contents with the 2.5 S model. He was extremely helpful and detailed in telling me about all the unique features of the car from the safety of the vehicle to the exciting features such as the intelligent key. I had researched the car before I came out there but after his overview of the entire vehicle from trunk to front I was very excited to test drive it. After the test drive we headed inside where he showed us to a table and also pointed out complimentary soft drinks to make us feel more comfortable. After some conversation and negotiating Michael was able to find us a plan that fit my financial situation and lifestyle best for purchasing the car. Not at one point did I feel he was a "pushy" salesman and he earned our trust with his obvious care for customer service. We were very pleased with the plan he presented his demeanor, and obviously the vehicle and decided to purchase the vehicle. Furthermore, he was very helpful in telling us about all the benefits of getting your vehicles services done at the dealership and gave us a great tour of the entire place. In addition, I was very excited about the Nissan one-to-one rewards the he set us up with. In the end of the process he had left us with no questions which was very nice. I would absolutely recommend this dealership to someone and more importantly would refer them to Michael and am very excited about my recent purchase!

The salesman Robin Johnson was very trustworthy and took the time to explain the product I was interested in. We test drove the 2dr and 4dr model at his urging which helped us in our decision to buy the 4dr.

The dealership was clean, the salespeople were dressed nicely and all appeared to be customer oriented. I would return to purchase another car I Robin the salesman is still there working.

This was one of the best car buying experience I have ever had. As a female purchasing a car I was very impressed. I came in with my husband and my 9 year old daughter looking at 2 specific vehicles on line. They sent Joe Cruz over to me and he was very personable and felt at ease automatically. I test drove 2010 Jeep and really like the car. As he was running numbers for me- my husband and daughter went to the 106.7 tent and meet Whitney and she got all kinds of swag. She was so excited. They also enter a contest and she won 2 Universal Studios tickets too! The Jeep was just out of our price range but we saw a 2010 Nissan Xterra and I didn?t have time to test drive. I made it back in the evening and test drove the car and ended up buying it. The whole process was great and everyone was friendly. I will now continue to purchase my vehicles from Universal Nissan.

My husband and I have had some credit problems in the past and thought we wouldn't be able to finance a vehicle for the payment we wanted and the price we were hoping for. After researching for weeks, I booked an appointment to the dealer online. I was surprised that Brett called me the next morning to get us started on the financing process without coming into the dealer. He was quick to return my calls and we were feeling confident that we would have something at the end of the day that was reliable and gas efficient. He allowed me to test drive my first option and after that, he helped ease my concerns by showing me exactly what I was looking for. I purchased my second Hyundai Sonata with Brett and I love my new car. After a little bit of negotiations, I feel both sides came out winning. We did not think we would be able to purchase a "newer" van due to our credit history. We went into the Dealership with the idea that there was not going to be a way they are going to finance us. Not only were they able to help us out (we filed bankruptcy in 2008 due to a heart attack and job loss) with a loan but they did not make us feel "small" .We felt and still feel like part of the Family. We did not buy a Nissan; we bought a Town and Country. My wife has been fully satisfied with it and has helped her greatly to have a reliable van to take our disabled kids back and forth to hospital visits. Brett Livingston was for us a real blessing handling our sale. He went above and beyond. I am a restaurant manager and I know people have a choice when going out to eat. I am so glad that Brett Livingston is back at Universal Nissan. I first met him when I bought a used car from him when he worked for Cadillac. He called me when he started at Universal Nissan and about 6 months after that I was ready to trade my car and bought an Altima from him. Three years later I called him on his cell phone and he informed me that he was working for a motorcycle dealer but he referred me to Jose St.Hilaire at Universal Nissan. That is when I got my Maxima. Mr. Jose was just as good to me as Brett was before. I also met Mr. Tony G. and at that time I became a Universal Nissan "Customer for Life". They make it so easy and fun I decided that there was no reason to go anywhere else. In November 2010 I received an email from Mr. Brett Livingston to tell me that he had returned to Universal Nissan. The timing was perfect. I set an appointment and went to pick out my new Maxima. I feel that I got a GREAT deal. Honestly I could have haggled or maybe even paid less money someplace else. But when you have the best dealer (Universal Nissan) and the best sales person (Brett Livingston) why would I devalue myself by saving a few bucks to get inferior treatment. I paid a fair price and got top-shelf care and treatment for now my third car in 9 years at Universal Nissan. They are the BEST!!!

Good Morning Sir

 

Just a quick note to let you know how very impressed I am with the Service Department for the Nissan

division.  I was in there yesterday having had an intermittent problem with my 2003 Nissan 350Z.  My

Service Advisor was "Alfredo".  He was just wonderful to deal with, so courteous and informative.

 

My vehicle was there for some time as they checked everything out and to my surprise everything

was okay.  Battery was checked along with the starter, etc.  They did have to order a part for me which

will come in a few days.  I was so extremely impressed because they didn't find any "hidden" charges

and told me to come back for the part to be installed at my convenience and also reminded me that I would

need the 60,000 mile check up next time

 

The Service Manager was there checking on things and he and another gentleman named Brian.  They

were very nice and professional.

 

Having these employees is an asset to your organization.

 

They were able to take a very stressful situation and make it almost pleasurable.

 

What a great team!!!

Dear Mr. Bill Nero:

 

I am writing to inform you of the experience I had in your dealership on Saturday, March 19, 2010. Prior to me detailing my experience, I need to provide you with background to understand reason for my letter regarding your staff.

 

On Saturday, I was seeking a vehicle to purchase because my 12 year old vehicle was unoperatable and not worth repairing.  One reason, I had my vehicle for 12 years and not seeking another because I reviled the car buying process. Another reason for not seeking another vehicle, I did not have any major issues with my previous vehicle and could afford repairs. Therefore when my mechanic advised me to purchase another vehicle, I became anxiety stricken. I contemplated many options for transportation that would not have me to finance a vehicle.

 

In quest of a vehicle, Auto trader was on search engine I utilized. I saved two of your vehicles at your dealership and cars at others dealers. Prior to contacting your dealership, I contacted another dealership on Friday and scheduled an appointment for test drive on Saturday. When I presented to the dealership and provided the salesperson name, the salesman that greeted me appeared not aware of the person I was requesting. I was later informed that the person was not a salesperson, but he could assist me. Feeling deceived I left that dealership and contacted Universal Nissan/Hyundai. 

 

Upon calling Universal Nissan/Hyundai, I was transferred and greeted by Chris Oliva, internet sales. I informed him of the vehicle that I was interested in seeing. The vehicle I inquired about was sold, but he found a vehicle that was close to the price range. Prior to presenting, Mr. Oliva provided me with a time frame of being in the dealership. I truly appreciate him addressing time factor because this was one of the many things I reviled about car buying process. Mr. Oliva made me feel that he valued my time. When I presented to your establishment, Mr. Oliva greeted my sister and I and explained his role in the dealership. He informed me that I would be working with Brett.

 

Brett was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, professional, and courteous. Moreover, he did not ask all of those intrusive questions to gather information to assist in a sale. Brett respected my privacy in regards to personal information and focused on my thoughts regarding to the vehicle.  However, I was still guarded with him through the process. After, I decided to purchase the vehicle. I present my down payment with check of finance company. Due to being guarded, my anxiety did rise when he was asking information such as social security number. I felt that information was not necessary if I presented with financing. Since I was happy with his service, I provided the information.  Brett provided a warm handoff to your finance manager.

 

I am thankful for your financial manager having patience with me. I gave him a hard time due to me being stubborn. Of all the components in car buying process, I detest being in the room with the finance manager. In hind sight, I cheated myself out of the vehicle being certified and lower interest rate due to me not being opened to hear his logic. I was going to pay a higher interest rate just to move the process along. He worked with my apprehensions to have me see the savings in interest rate, and I did select another lender.  The reason I am unable to inform you of that finance manager name is because my anxiety was extreme that I blocked out his information. Please extend my gratitude to that gentleman. 

 

I am most grateful to your staff. On Saturday, your staff not only assisted me in obtaining a great vehicle. They improved my thoughts concerning car buying; taught me I need to be open to other's expertise; and not to rush in anxiety provoking experiences. For the first time, I am looking forward to purchasing my next vehicle.

Wayne & I left Universal Nissan after midnight last night and we went there straight from work. Since Wayne & I had changed our minds about who gets which Cube and I had not driven one yet, we went through the entire process (test driving, trade-ins, paperwork) which was long but VERY thorough. (A+)

Our experience with Universal Nissan was, as always, professional and very friendly. Wayne & I were shocked when we found out our salesman sent the cars back to the service department to be detailed & serviced at 10:30 P.M.!! (A++) We had no idea the guys were still working and that we would be driving new cars home last night with full tanks of gas (A+++)?... but we did, which added to the excellent customer service. We thanked the serviceman who prepped both cars and they in turn thanked us (A++++) for being loyal, repeat customers. Wayne knows all the parts & service guys on a first name basis. He took the Titan in just last week to purchase 4 new tires & have them mounted on the truck. They always give him a discount on service and parts (A+++++).

Again?..thanks for going the extra mile with the VPP! It saved us a lot of money (A++++++). There aren't many Cube's on the road in Floridabut Waynetold our salesman & the sales manager that Nissan will get lots of exposure from him since he drives all over the state for business and I'll cover the downtown Orlandoarea. He gave us several business cards and said their Nissan dealership will cut us a $200 check for any of our referrals that purchase from them?.another value added bonus (A+++++++)!

All of the above is why Wayne & I are Universal Nissan customers for life. We buy Nissans because of dependability & customer service. Nissan trumps all the other car manufacturers!

I wanted to take a moment to thank the Universal Nissan Team for their help regarding the purchase of my new Nissan Sentra, in particular Sarfaraz, Jonathan, Cesar, and Hiram. They have gone above and beyond to work an affordable monthly payment and still get me a car that I like.

I went into the dealership without any intentions of purchasing a new car. I wanted to get some information on what options did I have looking into the future, and what to expect regarding trade in values, credit scores, interest rates, time frame, etc. to prepare for, when the time was right, to purchase a used car. At that point I did not expect purchasing a new car would even be affordable for me. I had been driving a 2003 SUV for which I was still making payments on, without air conditioning during this Florida summer weather, not to mention the ridiculous amount of money I was spending in gas.

Sarfaraz was the first one to greet me. He was very cordial and polite and before I knew it he had me test driving a car while the dealership was appraising my 2003 SUV. When we got back Jonathan was working a payment I could afford and continued working with the finance department to get me approved, which was not an easy task. They were both very thorough and detailed and kept me informed of all my options during every step of the process. Hiram also worked the financing and assisted me with the signing and transfer of the vehicle and offered me a great deal on an extended warranty/insurance, which gives me great peace of mind!

The process was smooth and I felt everyone was working together to make this happen. During the time I was at the dealership I was treated with respect and I felt very comfortable. Simor, Willie, Eddie, Ronald, and Vinny, stopped by every now and then to chat and check up on me.

I was so happy with my experience that I came home and told my sister and my mom about it. They both loved the car and before the weekend was over they both bought a car from Universal Nissan.

Thanks again to Sarfaraz, Jonathan, Hiram, Cesar, Simor, Willie, Eddie, Ronald, Vinny and everyone else whose name I can't remember! THANK YOU SO MUCH! YOU WERE (ARE) AWESOME! My drive to work this morning was super comfortable! ;)

It sometimes is rare for someone to take the time to write a letter about someone who they were
impressed by and I rarely do it myself. But here is one.

Guillermo Faria assisted me with my online inquiries. I emailed 4 other Nissan dealers through their
web sites to get vehicle information also. Some only returned automated responses, some insisted on
only phone conversations. Guillermo preferred a phone call BUT was will to accept my request to talk
only online.

What a breath of fresh air. Not only did he honor my wishes he actually answered the questions I asked
him. He knew your system and instructed me how to get the information I need. He extended himself to
offer me the right advice for me that benefitted me. I felt his interest was in doing what was right for me.

I always buy online or through email. I do not like shopping at the store. So the internet is an avenue for
people like me. Most sales people stop following through when they think they are not getting
anywhere. I gave Guillermo a challenge because of my current financial circumstance. He did exactly
what I would have done for my customers.

If he is an example of your company philosophy then you must have a great company!
