I wanted to take a moment to thank the Universal Nissan Team for their help regarding the purchase of my new Nissan Sentra, in particular Sarfaraz, Jonathan, Cesar, and Hiram. They have gone above and beyond to work an affordable monthly payment and still get me a car that I like.
I went into the dealership without any intentions of purchasing a new car. I wanted to get some information on what options did I have looking into the future, and what to expect regarding trade in values, credit scores, interest rates, time frame, etc. to prepare for, when the time was right, to purchase a used car. At that point I did not expect purchasing a new car would even be affordable for me. I had been driving a 2003 SUV for which I was still making payments on, without air conditioning during this Florida summer weather, not to mention the ridiculous amount of money I was spending in gas.
Sarfaraz was the first one to greet me. He was very cordial and polite and before I knew it he had me test driving a car while the dealership was appraising my 2003 SUV. When we got back Jonathan was working a payment I could afford and continued working with the finance department to get me approved, which was not an easy task. They were both very thorough and detailed and kept me informed of all my options during every step of the process. Hiram also worked the financing and assisted me with the signing and transfer of the vehicle and offered me a great deal on an extended warranty/insurance, which gives me great peace of mind!
The process was smooth and I felt everyone was working together to make this happen. During the time I was at the dealership I was treated with respect and I felt very comfortable. Simor, Willie, Eddie, Ronald, and Vinny, stopped by every now and then to chat and check up on me.
I was so happy with my experience that I came home and told my sister and my mom about it. They both loved the car and before the weekend was over they both bought a car from Universal Nissan.

Wayne & I left Universal Nissan after midnight last night and we went there straight from work. Since Wayne & I had changed our minds about who gets which Cube and I had not driven one yet, we went through the entire process (test driving, trade-ins, paperwork) which was long but VERY thorough. (A+)Our experience with Universal Nissan was, as always, professional and very friendly. Wayne & I were shocked when we found out our salesman sent the cars back to the service department to be detailed & serviced at 10:30 P.M.!! (A++) We had no idea the guys were still working and that we would be driving new cars home last night with full tanks of gas (A+++)?... but we did, which added to the excellent customer service. We thanked the serviceman who prepped both cars and they in turn thanked us (A++++) for being loyal, repeat customers. Wayne knows all the parts & service guys on a first name basis. He took the Titan in just last week to purchase 4 new tires & have them mounted on the truck. They always give him a discount on service and parts (A+++++).Again?..thanks for going the extra mile with the VPP! It saved us a lot of money (A++++++). There aren't many Cube's on the road in Floridabut Waynetold our salesman & the sales manager that Nissan will get lots of exposure from him since he drives all over the state for business and I'll cover the downtown Orlandoarea. He gave us several business cards and said their Nissan dealership will cut us a $200 check for any of our referrals that purchase from them?.another value added bonus (A+++++++)!All of the above is why Wayne & I are Universal Nissan customers for life.
