Wayne
& I left Universal Nissan after midnight last night and we went
there straight from work. Since Wayne & I had changed our minds
about who gets which Cube and I had not driven one yet, we went through
the entire process (test driving, trade-ins, paperwork) which was long
but VERY thorough. (A+)
Our
experience with Universal Nissan was, as always, professional and very
friendly. Wayne & I were shocked when we found out our salesman
sent the cars back to the service department to be detailed &
serviced at 10:30 P.M.!! (A++) We had no idea the guys were still
working and that we would be driving new cars home last night with full
tanks of gas (A+++)?... but we did, which added to the excellent
customer service. We thanked the serviceman who prepped both cars and
they in turn thanked us (A++++) for being loyal, repeat customers.
Wayne knows all the parts & service guys on a first name basis. He
took the Titan in just last week to purchase 4 new tires & have
them mounted on the truck. They always give him a discount on service
and parts (A+++++).

for going the extra mile with the VPP! It saved us a lot of money
(A++++++). There aren't many Cube's on the road in Floridabut Waynetold
our salesman & the sales manager that Nissan will get lots of
exposure from him since he drives all over the state for business and
I'll cover the downtown Orlandoarea. He gave us several business cards
and said their Nissan dealership will cut us a $200 check for any of
our referrals that purchase from them?.another value added bonus
(A+++++++)!
All
of the above is why Wayne & I are Universal Nissan customers for life. We buy
Nissans because of dependability & customer service. Nissan trumps
all the other car manufacturers!
