Very good experience purchasing a used car. Traveled from Bradenton after seeing the car I wanted online. Despite the distance, I would travel to purchase another car from Universal Nissan. Younes was very professional and highly recommended.

I was there to purchase so i can't say anything about their service department. Great place. Easy to get to. Nice and fair priced snack bar. Nice staff. I wasn't able to make a deal today but, no hard feelings.

My oil and filter change and tire rotation were completed in exactly 50 minutes, and I was very impressed with how quick and efficient the entire process was. My service advisor, Fidel Crespo, provided excellent customer service. He was professional, attentive, and made the whole experience very pleasant. I was very satisfied with the service and will definitely return to Universal Hyundai for my next scheduled maintenance. I will also be happy to work with Fidel again. Highly recommended!

My experience was just ok. 2026 Nissan Rogue SL. Used. 14k miles. Oscar was my salesman. I bought the car, wasn't sold a car. Probably the easiest customer he's ever had. Few things. After I drove off the lot, noticed a chip in the passenger side windshield and the steering wheel doesn't sit straight when driving straight. This was a Thursday August 13th. Sent a text message as I was driving. No response. Sunday morning I get some random text from someone I didn't even know telling me "call your insurance". I'm on the golf course. I'm like who the hell are you? It was someone from the dealership I've never spoken to. Talking to me like i was trying to pull a fast one on them for a windshield! That really set me off. Realized I text the company phone I tried another # for my salesman. He responded to take it into the service and they'll look at it. At the same time he told me they found some of my stuff in my trade in. Set of keys, and 3 wallets I keep personal stuff in. He sent me a pic of what was left behind. One of the wallets was a thick black cheap one. I always keep singles in it. This one had around $40 in singles. I made an appointment to come Tuesday morning to get my stuff. Honestly, didn't expect the cash to be in there and it wasn't. All good, they needed the $40 more then I did I guess. Hard to prove. Told Oscar, I wasn't going to make a big deal about it. But not once was the windshield brought up or the stiring wheel. I even had a chance to talk to one of the managers above Oscar. Told him Oscar was good. Explained everything else. I guess because I was being nice there was no concern about the $$, the windshield or the steering wheel thing. Windshield, its whatever! Not like they made an effort to help me with either. At this point I just wanted out of there after driving from Sanford. Just think there should have been more concern after the sale with the things I mentioned about. You know the windshield was chipped when I came to get my stuff and nothing was done about it because I didn't bring it up? Idk, just an odd situation. Its the service after the sale that matters even though its just a $30k Rogue. Oh, and being there for 4 hours to buy is insane!!
