Younes was very helpful to me in explaining all the high tech features of the Nissan Kicks I was interested in and already preprogrammed some features before I drove off the lot. No pressure sales which was much appreciated. Keith in finance offered an extended warranty which I refused and he also did not put any pressure on me to purchase or make me feel like I was making a mistake. I came in with financing already and no pressure to use their financing. So basically no pressure all around.

Must be desperate to sell cars. Salesman Daniel B Lied, misdirected. It was not a win-win as I was pre-approved for a loan, asked them to NOT run credit yet they did it anyway. I signed a document that for "$20k purchase price out the door". Daniel came back saying he did better and got it for $17900. Well that wasn't true. Don't take them for their word, get all in writing during the negotiations as they will switch it on you.

Before coming to Universal today, I went to another Orlando Nissan dealer. Let’s just say, my husband and I walked out after 30 mins. We googled to find another Nissan dealer and Universal came up. I read the reviews and we headed in. Sarfaraz approached us immediately to see if we needed help. I told him about the last dealership and he apologized. Basically, we were interested in leasing and the other dealership wouldn’t even talk to us about it. Sarfaraz didn’t play games. He acknowledged what we wanted as customers and immediately got to work helping us get a good deal. Actually GREAT deal! Everyone is friendly. There are no heavy sales tactics and it doesn’t hurt that this dealership has a deli in it!🤣

I’ve been leasing with Nissan for at least 10 years. For the most part the experience is positive. This lease process took much longer than I would’ve liked. I was also told by Andy I’d get a $200 referral bonus if I referred someone. I referred my brother who also got a new car with them and I never heard from Andy again…
