I went to Universal for a Nissan truck. I took a test drive and the salesman gave me a price. I wanted more for my trade so he got a sales manager Victor to see if it is possible.
The sales manager Victor took over and tried to high pressure me into buying it. He replied to my objections with rude responses. This went on for a while until I stood up and loudly told him "I don't need this truck and I don't need to listen to this."

Service was okay, sold me a car that literally a month later I had to replace all tires. Found out that I did not have a spare tire, also the key fob is not working properly. Trying to get someone on the phone is a circus and no help. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!!!

The salesperson, Julio Valdez, was extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make the purchase worthwhile. He was straightforward and honest throughout the entire process. He followed up promptly on every phone call and email, demonstrating excellent communication and professionalism. When we encountered an issue with an unwanted extended warranty—something that was not his responsibility—Julio did a fantastic job resolving the situation quickly and effectively. His dedication to customer satisfaction truly stood out.
We had an excellent experience purchasing a SUV with Mr. Rivera. All process was clear, fast and easy, no hassle and outstanding customer care.
All dealerships are the same; bait & switch and take up an entire day. I regret buying the scam “Certified Pre Owned” cost me $900 in repairs at the local dealership one week later and was missing body parts, and of course Universal Nissan would not take care of it - unbelievable.

The customer service at this dealership is absolutely horrible. My stepdaughter, Christina Cardona, has a 2025 Nissan PATHFINDER which was recalled and they gave her 2025 Nissan Rogue. Her current vehicle the Rogue has transmission issues which she provided via video documentation. This dealership has held her hostage nearly all day long only to tell her that there is nothing they can do since they couldn’t replicate the transmission discrepancy. Wasn't an all day experience so definitely appreciated that after a long day at work. Very friendly, showed me what I asked for and wasn't pushy. I feel completely scammed by Universal Nissan. I purchased a Nissan Altima as a certified used car, and I also bought 2 warranties to protect myself. However, now I’m being denied service because they claim the wear and tear on the vehicle is “typical for the year and mileage and warranty is not going to cover the vehicle that they didn't even take the time to inspect.
